REFUND POLICY OF INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE OF MANITOBA
If a study permit is refused to the student after enrolment; or is not, for any reason, extended by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. ICM will charge the current term tuition and fees and a $500 Cancellation fee if the student is enrolled in courses and provided notice of study permit refusal subsequent to course drop with no financial penalty deadline.
If the student provides notice of study permit refusal prior to course withdrawal no financial penalty deadline, ICM will retain the cancellation fee set out in the table below for ‘study permit refusal’ and refund the balance of the tuition, fees, and charges paid by the student.

UNDERGRADUATE DIPLOMA
To get admission in any UG program minimum level of education required is class 12th with min GPA of 55.0% or more.

OPERATIONAL DAYS OF CLASSES
The ICM Operates for 4 working days per week & is closed on weekends and holidays.
AVAILABLE INTAKES
To study at ICM one must search for the available intakes for the program you have selected, so they mainly provide you two intakes in January 2022 & Sept 2022. For International applicants, Sept intake is most recommendable as this intake provides most of the variety of Programs.
LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
Once you chose your program and after submitting the application fee, the university releases its offer letter within 15 working days for which the application will be waived off. So you can apply for free for your preferred program.
