LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
To study at the CIMT College the applicant firstly needed to apply for his/her letter of admission for the selected program for which the application fee will be 500 CAD which is nonrefundable, after paying your application fee the applicant needed to wait for a minimum of 5 working days for college to releases its offer letter.
AVAILABLE INTAKES
To study at CIMT College, one must search for the available intakes for the program you have selected, so the colleges mainly provide you six major intakes Sept 2021/January 2022/March 2022/May 2022/July 2022. For International applicants, all of the intakes are best to opt as CIMT College provides every program in every intake, so there would be hardly any jerk of program-related matters.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
If the applicant wants to take admission in the Undergraduate level of a program in CIMT college the applicant must meet the eligibility criteria, mentioned below for UG.

OPERATIONAL DAYS OF CLASSES
The College works for 4 days per week and the duration of the class will be depending on the subject, otherwise minimum duration will be 6 hours, the student can also avail the facility of online classes due to covid-19 which is totally depending on your choice for attending the type of class. The class attending percentage must be 80% of your academic year.
REFUND POLICY
All refund requests are subjected to deductions of the non-refundable portion of the tuition deposit and Administrative fee. International students are refunded all fees assessed for that term and subsequent terms paid in advance, less non-refundable fees:
Letter of Acceptance fee is Non-refundable in case of visa refusal by IRCC 100% Tuition fee will be refundable to the student and the refund process will take 4 weeks to process.
