WHY MACEWAN UNIVERSITY

The university was firstly introduced in Edmonton, Alberta, this campus has a big campus area and number of students are studying here and its other campus is the City Center Campus which was first started in the year 2017.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

FOR UNDERGRADUATE DIPLOMA

The minimum level of education required is Class 12th with min GPA: 65.0% or more.

English Proficiency Requirements:

• IELTS overall: 6.5 (Min Listening: 5.5, Min Reading: 5.5, Min Speaking: 5.5, Min Writing: 5.5)
• PTE overall: 59 (Min Listening: 56, Min Reading: 56, Min Speaking: 56, Min Writing: 56)
• TOEFL iBT: 86 (Min Listening: 21.0, Min Reading: 21.0, Min Speaking: 21.0, Min Writing: 21.0)
• Min Duolingo English Test Score: 115

FOR BACHELOR DEGREE

The minimum level of education required is Class 12th with min GPA: 75.0% or more.

For direct admission, the applicant must be from an English speaking country or meet either of the following English test scores:

OPERATIONAL DAYS OF CLASSES

The University working days are 4 to 5 days per week & is closed on weekends and holidays. Apart from that you also get Drop at the end of each term for 2 weeks or more.

AVAILABLE INTAKES

To study at University, one must search for the available intakes for the program you have selected, so they mainly provide you three-four intakes January 2022/Sept 2022. For International applicants, Sept intake is most recommendable as this intake provides most of the variety of Programs.

LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

Once you chose your program and after submitting the application fee, the university releases its offer letter within 15 working days for which the application will be 110 CAD (non-refundable).

REFUND POLICY OF MACEWAN UNIVERSITY

If an international applicant’s Study Permit is denied and a copy of the denial letter is received by the Office of the Registrar, the program deposit will be refunded in full.
