LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
If you are fulfilling the above-given admission requirements then you can apply for an acceptance letter also called a letter of acceptance for your choice of program. Charges for Letter of acceptance in Algoma university is $125 CAD which is not refundable.
INTAKES
The college mainly provides you three major intakes for International Students which are: January, May, and September. Bachelors programs start mainly in Jan & Sep Intakes, and Graduate certificate programs start from Jan, May & Sep Intakes. If you want to apply for ESL then you will get March or July Intake.

REFUND POLICY
International students must be in possession of a visa refusal for a refund request to be considered by the University. If you have already received a visa approval but wish to apply for a refund before the start of your program, you must provide proof from the IRCC that your visa has been returned to the embassy to be considered.
A refund of tuition and student fees paid (Total Fee – $300 CAD processing fee) will be issued if a copy of a visa refusal letter issued by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is provided to Algoma University.
Processing times for Semester One refunds vary, but you can expect a minimum of 8–12 weeks from the date that Algoma University receives all information required to process the refund.
