LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
The College takes a minimum of 15 working days to release the Letter of Acceptance for which the application fee is 95 CAD which is non-refundable. No matter your will your application is accepted or not.
AVAILABLE INTAKES
To study at Cambrian College one must search for the available intakes for the program you have selected, so the colleges mainly provide you three major intakes January 2022/May 2022/Sept 2022. The International applicants can go for any of the intakes for their preferred program as the college provide almost every program in every intake.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

FOR 2 YEAR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM
Minimum Level of Education Required is Class 12th with min overall score of 60.0% or above.

OPERATIONAL DAYS OF CLASSES
The working days of Cambrian college will be 5 days per week. The College is closed on weekends and holidays. The Students also have also options for choosing the batches facilities made according to the programs on which these facilities are implemented. REFUND POLICY OF CAMBRIAN COLLEGE
All those students wanted to apply for the refund must go through the policy of the college, The College will refund all fees paid towards a program or course that is suspended or Cancelled by the College. International students who have been issued an Official Letter of Acceptance from Cambrian College are not eligible for a refund unless the student is unable to register due to refusal of an initial Study Permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. If a new international student is refused an initial study permit, the prepayment amount is 100% refundable, less the application Fee of $100 and administrative fees of $200.
The student is responsible for notifying the College of their study permit refusal, via the procedure outlined below, prior to the add/drop deadline in a given term. If written notice is received after this deadline, any refund given will be subject to the Course Drop/Withdrawal Policy.
Procedure for the refund:
The student must submit the following:
- Refusal of Study Permit form Refusal letter, issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. The date of the refusal letter must be subsequent to the issue date of the most recent Letter of Acceptance.
- Bank Information Request form (if requesting a refund by wire transfer)
- Letter of Authorization from the student (if the account is not in the name of the student) the application fee is nonrefundable
