Murdoch University, Perth is a public university providing work-integrated learning and world-class research through its seven campuses across four countries and three research institutes.       Murdoch University operates through seven campuses across four countries – Perth, Mandurah, Rockingham, CBD, Singapore, Dubai, and Myanmar.

    Murdoch University Accommodations

    Murdoch University provides various on-campus and off-campus accommodation facilities for international and domestic students. On-campus accommodations are available at Murdoch University Village, which comprises fully furnished rooms, swimming pool, table tennis, and air hockey, recreation room with barbecues, a projection screen, and communal kitchen, movie room with satellite TV, group study rooms, music room, and three large communal laundries. The weekly rates for 2022 range from AUD 176.20 to AUD 409.20.

    Short-term accommodations are available for students who want to stay at the Village on a short-term basis while looking for long-term housing options in Australia. Students can book a single room in a shared apartment nightly, with rates starting from AUD 45 per night.

    Off-campus accommodations:

    • Shared houses: Students have an option to share a house with other students in a local Perth suburb, or privately rent an apartment. In a shared house, students will have their own room, but amenities such as kitchens and bathrooms will generally be shared with housemates.
    • Live with an Australian family: Students wishing to experience life as part of an Australian family can apply for homestay accommodation.
