Visa information
- Acceptance of offer from the University of Southampton
- Check for CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) details. CAS is needed by any applicant who requires a Tier 4 Student Visa to study in the UK to process the visa application. Applicants can only take a CAS once.
- Preparation and sending of required documents to the UKVI. The required documents are current passport and any other passports, two passport photos taken in the last two months, original sponsor/scholarship/bursary letter dated not more than six months old, original financial documents, CAS, previous qualifications if mentioned in CAS, ATAS Certificate if applicable, tuberculosis test certificate if applicable, and birth and/or marriage certificates of dependents.
